Saturn was actually named after a Titan, the father of Jupiter, Pluto, and Neptune. He is famous for having attempted to eat all of his children. However, astronomers have identified thousands of planets outside of our own solar system, to the point where we likely have run out of good god names for them - that's why we have planets named "2M1207 b".

A mountain in China has been renamed in honor of the film Avatar.
This is not surprising given that Avatar is the most popular film in Chinese history! Formerly known as the column of the Southern Sky,"Hallelujah Mountain View"is situated in Zhangjiajie in Hunan province. Local authorities say the summit has been a source ofinspiration for the film, a photographer with a visit to Hollywood in 2008. It 'was one of several attempts to revive the local tourism inthe area of Zhangjiajie. In addition to the name change, offered toursof 'Avatar' the mountain and the local government has adopted theslogan "Pandora is out, but Zhangjiajie is close"to its website!

Its Not Blood Which Comes Out From Raw Meat

Why is it red?I'll tell you why - the reddish hue is caused by a protein calledmyoglobin, which stores oxygen in muscle cells (myoglobin may sound familiar if you are her cousin hemoglobin, which serves asimilar function in the red blood cells have heard). The moremyoglobin, the redder the meat - this is also the way we distinguishbetween red meat from white meat! Mammals in general containmore myoglobin and are considered "red meat", while fish andbirds have little to none of this protein and are therefore classifiedas "white meat."
The reason red meat is brown when you cook it also depends onmyoglobin. If a piece of meat is cooked, it loses the iron atom ineach molecule of an electron from myoglobin and is moving from a2-3 valence. This chemical change is what causes meat to turnfrom reddish-pink to a darker brown color!
